Navigates General Insurance operates from our New “Head Office” premises at Gold Coast, Queensland. We are affiliated with the AIMS / IBNA Group which has brought a number of Insurance Brokers together to enable purchasing power with Insurance Companies, due to the combined premium turnover of $ 2.3 Billion.

We only use APRA approved insurers. These will be a combination of Direct Insurers, Underwriting Agencies and Lloyd’s Syndicates. Security to our clients and claims service is paramount.

OUR CLAIMS SERVICES

As part of our service plan, we will also assist you to manage any claims you may need to make. We will advise your insurers of any claims, advise what documents you need to provide to your insurers and regularly track the claims process. Well run claims are well run insurance.
